I teach women the one thought feeling to move beyond fear and into action. I believe the greater the resistance, the deeper the transformation, and the more impactful your story + work becomes.

It all started when…

I become a mom. I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur, but I didn’t know exactly I wanted to do, or even who I was a person - nevermind my identity as a mom. And so, as a learner, I become a certification junkie. I’ve been a yoga instructor, an EFT tapping practitioner, Reiki master & teacher, sleep coach, and practitioner of more holistic healing modalities than most will ever come to know.

All of these modalities had one thing in common. When I entered into a state of bliss, I felt like anything was possible. I showed up as a better mom, wife, and friend. When I felt connected, I also felt whole and content. I was happier, and subsequently everyone in my family was too.

But nothing seemed to stick.

Until I designed a sensory deprivation meditation that is so easy to do, anyone can drop into this state of relaxation in moments.

I took elements from this meditation and brought it to my breathwork process which I now want to teach to you.

I use my training and knowledge to pour into my favorite style of self-reflection - writing. And not just any type of writing, but the writing that shows my children who I am on my journey to discovering myself. That’s what you can find in my blog.

• Additional certifications in a handful of holistic modalities with specific focus on releasing stored trauma from the body
